Food Reviews

I received an impromptu invite to taste Kay’s Pad Thai. It was fascinating to watch someone who delights in making good food especially when I had just dropped in for a natter. The Pad Thai was served on a banana leaf and cooked in a traditional way. The dish looked like an artist palate with reds, yellow, orange, green, browns and white through the use of sliced carrot, spring onions peppersshrimp, prawns and chicken combined with noodles, tofu, herbs and nuts. The aroma was lovely, the dish tantilized your taste buds and eyes. The first fork full well it was truly excellent; I was in heaven….Thanks very much, Kay
