Thai Style cooking. From basic to creative and from concept to complete enjoyment.

A variety of tofu, mushroom or soya substitute of meat for vegetarians

Our aim is a healthy eating, We carefully choose quality fresh meat, fruit and vegetable for each of individual cooking session.

    Was unsure what to expect when signing up for this. Found it to be very practical with a good explaination on the type of ingredients used. There was a demonstration on how to make the dish initally followed by a tasting session which can be summed up as “yummy”. Then one was guided through the process of making the dish and taking it home. Certainly an experience I aim to repeat in the near future.

    Amazing experience. loved it , Thai ingredients are full of flavour with intense ingredients, we made a Thai winter warmer soup which we made our own batch and could take this home. Cooking lesson lasted about 4 hours which allows enough time to sample , prepare and cook your chosen meal. We enjoyed sampling kadooks cooking along with a nice glass of wine . Looking forward to trying out another Thai meal .

    My husband, teenage son and I greatly enjoyed our Thai Cookery Lesson. We had wanted to do something as a family, which, with an older teenager about to go off to University, isn’t always easy.We chose cookery because my husband enjoys cookery and we thought it would help our son who will need to be able to cook the occasional meal himself once he is at University. We chose Thai because we all love to eat Thai food. I decided that I would like us to learn how to cook Thai Red curry with fresh fish as that is our favourite dish. We had a lovely time learning about ingredients, methods and processes. The food was delicious and my son couldn’t believe he had cooked it himself. We were then served our meal in the garden so that we could enjoy it as a family.I would recommend Belvedere Thai Cookery as an interesting way to spend time with family and friends. The cost works out pretty good value too as we spent what we would have done eating out yet learned skills at the same time.

    Went with a friend great afternoon doing some cooking and then a nice glass of wine.
    My other half throughly enjoyed the sample of what we had cooked on my return home.

    I received an impromptu invite to taste Kay’s pad Thai. It was fascinating to watch someone who delights in making good food especially when I had just dropped in for a natter. The pad Thai was served on a banana leaf and cooked in a traditional way. The dish looked like an artist palate with reds, yellow, orange, green, browns and white through the use of sliced carrot , spring onions peppers,shrimp , prawns and chicken combined with noodles, tofu, herbs and nuts . The aroma was lovely , the dish tantilized your taste buds and eyes. The first fork full well it was truly excellent; I was in heaven….Thanks very much Kay

    What a brilliant cooking lesson! My fiancé and I learnt how to cook a Thai red curry and it was absolutely delicious. Kadook was very friendly and knowledgeable. We loved learning all about Thai ingredients and would highly recommend this lesson to anyone.
